Quovix began in our studio at 1137 Restoration Dr, Durham, NC. As avid bakers and home cooks, we realized that traditional oven mitts often forced a choice between style and safety. Some were too bulky to handle delicate trays, while others were too thin to handle the high heat of a cast-iron skillet.

ROBERT KAUFMAN envisioned a better way. We set out to create a collection that combines professional-grade thermal protection with modern, ergonomic design. Today, Quovix is a brand trusted by weekend bakers and backyard grill masters alike.
